Jan 26, 2018 · I've looked both in the AFI and CAP regulations for information but I can't find any information on the placement of the Velcro for the nametag on the Leather flight jacket. I think the assumption is it would come from the manufacturer with the Velcro already in place, which isn't the case when it's purchased on the civilian market.
